1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer fast and reliable shipping through trusted carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (1-3 Business Days):
    Available for most continental U.S. orders. Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed the same day.

  • Extended Shipping (5-7 Business Days):
    Applies to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, and select U.S. territories.

Note: Delivery estimates begin after order processing (see Section 2).


2. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Backordered Items: You’ll be notified via email with an updated timeline.

  • Custom/Built-to-Order Items: May require additional time (details provided at checkout).

  • Standard Shipping on orders over $99 (continental U.S. only).

  • Expedited Shipping (2-Day or Overnight): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

7. Damaged During Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Keep all packaging materials.

  2. Take photos of the damage.

  3. Email us at info@primemusicalinstruments.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
